MLIVE.COM: To celebrate the 20th anniversary of “Dr. Feelgood,” Motley Crue is playing its No. 1 album in its entirety on the Crue Fest 2 tour. But while the band is celebrating its heritage, it is allowing newer acts to hone their skills on the jaunt’s massive stages.
“It’s like the main rock tour of the whole summer,” said Cavo singer Casey Walker, who plays on the tour’s second stage. “It’s like some of the greatest bands in rock ‘n’ roll. You got Motley Crue, Theory of a Deadman, Godsmack. We played a show a couple weeks ago with the Charm City Devils. They were some great guys. Rev Theory is going to be headlining the side stage that we’re playing on. We toured with those guys for about two or three weeks. They’re great guys. It’s going to be a lot of fun.”
